* Game System: Dash

Howdy people, Yours Truly here!

Next up on Game Mechanics 101 is your ability to “Dash”.

This allows you to move around very quickly for a limited time. You can use this to dodge enemy shots... pretty plain, eh? But there’s a twist to it that makes it blogworthy.

This ability in DBC grants the following perks:

- Sow confusion in the enemy ranks!

Find a bunch of enemies...

...and charges right into them!

This temporarily confuses the enemies.

- Now you see me, now you don’t!

Lots of incoming enemy shots


 

Use Dash to flee to safety...

The enemies will keep shooting at where you used to be, unaware that you’re gone.

When you’re bombarded with a large number of enemy shots, you can use the Shield that I mentioned in my previous post or you can make a quick getaway by using the Dash ability.. Choose whichever suits the situation at the time.
